Hope I didn't just babble. Sounded to me like babbling at times. I tried to think of interesting stuff to say.

Thanks for setting this up, it's great to have a face and voice to go with these posts now. Sorry about cutting into your dinner time.

Well darn... after a 4 hour render from sony vegas, the skype interview with NevadaWolf is out of sync. The more I use Vegas, the more it sucks. So with my attitude of going big or go home, installed Lightworks (pro movie studios use it) and trying to learn to use it and render an edited vid. Wow, steep learning curve is no joke. It make take me a few more days to get this submitted for approval.

Sorry

Sorry, Teri.

This has been somewhat of a learning curve for me. Turns out, I am bearly gunna be able to salvage our skype interview. It is taking mass time to sync the voice with the video due to how I recorded it and nothing less than perfection is acceptable.

I have come up with a fix due to my son's help. He is 14, now I feel damn old. lol The next one will not have this problem as we tested it. Now the problem is time. Right now is super busy with work, normal stuff, travel and races.

For those that have a skype interview in a hold pattern, I will come back to this, I promise. Just need a bit to work out the kinks.

Thanks for your patience.

Just ride really really fast westward, you can gain 3 hours before you run out of land.

Thank you Robin!
Use some of that spunk to tell your hubby to leave your bike alone if your happy with it.

Chris: What do you ride and how do you like it?
Rogue: An ebony 2013 Ninja 300 and I don't like it at all - I absolutely love everything about it. I was fortunate enough to have my choice of any bike to start on, and I fell in love with my Ninja the very first time I sat on it. The more I ride it, the more I love it.

Chris: How long have you been riding?
Rogue: Just about a year, though I had wanted to for about 35 years before.

Chris: What got you started riding?
Rogue: With several older brothers who ride, I don't remember a time that I wasn't around them. But, it wasn't until I met my husband, and through him a global adventure rider who just happens to be a woman, that I seriously thought about getting my license.

Chris: What are your current goals?
Rogue: To convince my husband that I'm perfectly comfortable with the stock height of my bike and to stop trying to convince me to lower it. Beyond that, some day I will venture the baby Ninja out to ride the Tail of the Dragon.

Chris: How do you relate to other local riders?
Rogue: About 75% of my local friends ride, so I would say very well. I'm involved with 2 different groups - the local ADV riders and the local Ducati Owners Club. There are only a few local sport bike enthusiasts that I relate to, though. I just don't have the patience anymore to put up with the squids who are out to impress the ladies with their shiny bikes and complete lack of gear.

Chris: If you could ride anywhere, where would it be?
Rogue: I would love to ride through Scotland and Ireland - such beautiful scenery.

Chris: Do you have any special skills that are unique?
Rogue: Both of my hands collapse to be smaller than my wrist.

Specialty questions;

Chris: What drives you to participate on ninjette?
Rogue: The feeling of community and shared love of the smaller Ninjas. The fact that we all recognize it's not the size of the bike in the fight, but the amount of fight in the bike.

Chris: Who is the real Rogue?
Rogue: I'm a sarcastic, east coast chic who's been transplanted to the homogeneous midwest - seriously, moving from North Jersey to Iowa, I'm not sure who was more shocked, me or the residents of this lovely community. I am a semi-pro home chef with a project management day job. I'm also the 'mom' to 3 rescued cats and 1 rescued dog.

Chris: How does your family support your riding?
Rogue: My parents were always very much against it. As a kid I wanted to learn since 3 of my older brothers rode, but I was forbidden because "good girls don't ride motorcycles." Uh huh, okay...never stopped me from asking repeatedly. Both of my parents are gone now, and when I finally broke the news to my siblings that I had gotten a bike, their only comment was that it was about darn time. As I was expecting push back, I was quite surprised by their reaction.

Bonus questions;

Chris: What do you do for fun?
Rogue: I'll spend 2 days cooking and then host an elaborate cocktail party for friends. I think it's a lot of fun to get a motley group of folks together to enjoy great food and conversation. I also enjoy some down time with a good book (I'm seriously addicted to pyschological thrillers) or a movie.

Chris: Are you as social offline as online?
Rogue: Probably even more so. I'm more restrained online with folks that don't know me in person because I'm always concerned something will come across incorrectly. Once some one knows me, oh goodness, it's a whole other side of Rogue that comes out!

Don't we all?!?

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein. ~Life's Little Instruction Book, compiled by H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

Question:
How do you get the best of both worlds involving Riding and no riding?
Me: I enjoy the pleasure of riding my motorcycle, then get the pleasure of my wife riding me.

Sorry, been one of those weeks and my r6 is down with a bumm stator. I got your video almost back in sync. Syncing by hand totally sucks.

Since I am editing the video... do you have any special requests? A ninja mask, large sunglasses like the cops in Texas, maybe a mustache would fit the bill?

hahahahahahahah

Stay tuned!
