AeroForm Helmet Lock

Has anybody used the AeroForm Helmet Lock from Project D? How does it attach to the bike? How's the quality?

I have a tail bag on my passenger seat that makes it difficult to remove to use the stock helmet lock, something like this is enticing.

From what I can see, it's attached behind the passenger peg bracket. You do know you have a stock built in "lock"? It is located under the passenger seat. You have to remove the seat and attach the D ring to the hook and then put your seat back on to lock it in place.

I do use the stock lock, it's difficult though because of how my tail bag attaches to the passenger seat. It makes getting the seat on and off more difficult, hence my looking for an easier option.

I haven't tried it, but it seems like a nice solution to the tail bag problem, if you're the kind of person to leave you helmet on your motorcycle.
