POTLUCK

I threw my back loading the trailer tonight. I'm in a lot of pain so I may not even ride Friday and may need help with the following:

Table, food, drinks, plates, etc. arrangements:
Cook KBBQ:
Prep side dishes:
Prep & cook rice
etc.

Friday: I bought 50lbs of Korean BBQ and that should be plenty enough to last us both nights but just in case we're limiting 3 ribs per person for the first night. After everyone's gotten their share whatever left over you can come back for 2nd's. This is not a buffet-all-you-can-eat-KBBQ style...SHAWN! lol

Saturday: Same as Friday but we MAY increase the portion to 4-5 depending on how much meat we have left.

OMG... I did mine too!!! I was telling Steven Dawson how i am on muscle relaxers. I almost canceled this weekend. BUT I GOTTA race!...remember last round how awful my body position looked. wait till they get a load a THIS.

dude... at least we can finally share everything! lol. i'll bring my muscle relaxers and we can party together! (although, mine is a bone thing so the relaxers don't really take away the pain. they just help me sleep through it!). what's going on with yours? you should have KIFF walk on your back like they did for me. It helps man.

I'm down to help flame your meat, but i'm not trying to load/unload a caravan of bikes again. I'm pretty toast. this whole old people thing SUCKS!

I'm not sure what happened. Tiff helped me load the bikes and misc stuff last night but I think lifting those heavy items still took a toll on my back. It was after 9pm (when Tiff left) when felt a sharp pain on my lower back then my body just shut down and I had to immediately lie down. The nerve on my L4/L5 is pinching real bad. Couldn't squat or stand this morning. Still managed to get to work but now thinking that was a bad idea. Just told my boss I gotta leave soon.

Gonna see my doc in hopes he can do something for my back ASAP.

Brian's gonna drive my truck. Any help unloading when we get to the track tonight will be greatly appreciated.

@Walt, I had to sign up for A group as it was the last spot, but will run the SV and 300, it usually mellows out in the afternoon anyway.

Will hit up Costco for some booze on the way up. . .
