they have 500 parts for ninja 250r.

Not for what could have easily found here, but for others can be useful.

For service I have yet to purchase them.

Sorry guys. I didn't manage to get over there on Sunday.. I had a friends birthday party Saturday night and was wasted the next day.. Have any of you received any emails from Paul in the last 4 days. Maybe you need to try and confirm that he is ready to send. Then i can confirm it for you.

He's some joe schmoe buying parts and reselling them at a higher return? Hence the excuses and lies (calling it like it is until proven otherwise).

Again, why are we going through Paul? Vince, this is another reason why you shouldn't do business with the guy.

It doesn't seem like it. The rear sets from club517 are exactly the same as the ones from Shinto, and they are the ones that claim that they manufacture them. If you look at the eBay listing the image is exactly the same as Shintos

Actually all of the images from Shinto are taken from Club517... it's possible that Paul could have a contract with them.

Actually all of the images from Shinto are taken from Club517... it's possible that Paul could have a contract with them.

Paul claimed or rather made it sound like he manufactured them yet Club517 and possibly many more other small shops sell these products. Also, in that Thai thread they implied Paul was not the manufacturer nor had exclusivity to the products. And add to that the costs are a lot less than what we're charged for. So, either Paul is the manufacturer or Paul is basically buying these off the market and charging us for a higher rate.

I think it's the latter.

It's a shame this all seemed to go so "south" as there were several items that I wanted to buy once I had the funds for them. Hopefully either things right themselves or we figure out where he is possibly sourcing ALL the items from, because club517 doesn't have everything I wanted.

Maybe Allan could swing by to take a picture of the stuff that is to be shipped.

Vince: Did Paul give you an itemized list? Do we know if this shipment is to include ALL items missing from the prior orders in addition to the most recent one?

Could I also suggest that if Paul would like to mend some of the mistakes in the past here that he himself forward or post a picture of the items to be shipped.

Hi guys. Paul returned my call this evening. He confirmed to me that he had replied to peoples emails. And that he had the stock ready for shipping.
I advised him to come on and just explain to you guys what has been happening. He told me he will do so tmorro at some time.

I hope to meet up with him on Thursday or Friday (schedules permitting)

And confirm stock/ shipping of items.

Vince can you Pm me a list so i can cross reference
(or is that a complete list earlier in the thread)

jd: according to paul everything is ready to go (sounds like allan has confirmed as well).

I'm pretty sure the rearset adjuster were never pushed thru to manufacturing.

back in december paul told me they would be ready after the first of the year. i have yet to send funds for these, so if they're not good to go, refunds will be issued.

as most of you probably know, paul entered the forum and offered an explanation as to why things have been delayed. i have chosen not to participate in that thread as i feel it is not my responsibility to defend paul from other members comments. that being said, paul has been emailing me all week and i think everything is straightened out. i expect the shipment to go out very soon.

i sincerely appreciate all of you sticking with me through this whole ordeal, and having faith in me.

once everything is delivered and the slate has been wiped clean, i will re-evalutate whether or not to continue taking orders (contingent upon being provided with inventory).

just wanted to say thanks and let you all know i'm paying attention....

So the whole order is being held up by Vince because he does not want to pay additional Carriage on the 2nd order. Paul is of the agreement that he SHOULD send out the 1st order to the waiting customers. And has agreed to send it on Monday via EMS (Vince did not send enough shipping for express DHL) **
