(“I believe it’s jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j…apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It’s supposed to be wild.”)...
THIS IS GONNA BE AN AWESOME weekend of shifting!!! FUUUUUUUUUUGG!

elevate? ice ?? heat??? anyone got remedies??

... i doubt it'll make the swelling go away though... I should be fine by Saturday morning. if not maybe I'll sit it out till i can race you on Sunday!!!

So I think I will keep the black duct tape on and run it. No one protest my suit k? But during 3 month break I will patch it and keep it as a spare. It's starting to look like we dragged our suits behind the truck. Time to save for a 2nd suit, although I am not so keen on rocking orange suit colors.

I've always been told to take ibuprofen for sprains or impact injuries because it is an anti-inflammatory where Tylenol (Acetaminophen) isn't.

Spare? Why not just patch it and continue to use it as main?

I just want to make sure you guys, in general, don't spend unnecessary money since this is supposed to be cheap racing only to later post "I'z broke, no can race."

they are both antiinflamitory, but tylenol is processed by your liver whereas ibuprofin is processed by your kidnees. so in the hot desert where your hydration is already getting messed with, tylonol might be a better choice

I've had that suit for many a crashes over the past few years. There are other parts that are starting to go besides the hole I just made and the holes I have already patched. I'm starting to worry about the structural integrity of it.

2nd reason, we have been questioned as to why we haven't run the cp leathers and colors like Dani, Tovar, Randall, Marques, Cardoza etc. It's probably time we started to do that anyways.
