I like that it looks a bit more like a real swingarm and that it seems to have accomodations to keep your chain guard but, when used without the guard, it totaly kills the fake swingarm effect (makes it obviously fake with the piece that covers the front of the non-existent chain guard). They also show it without the hugger piece (green on a red bike but I am color-blind between G/R ) and, except for that bit about the chain guard cover in the fake swingarm, it still looks pretty cool! Maybe that's because I don't really like the shape of the hugger part to begin with, especially when compared to Sportisi's original. It looks like it's secured with the chain guard bolts and the spool bolts. Honestly, I'd try to bypass the spool bolts so that I could get it off more easily for chain lubrication and cleaning, but that is probably the best way to attach it on the right side (no velcro or two-sided tape). |

Matt,
can you source a custom faceplate for the Koso gauge for me? I got everything but the faceplate to mount that voltmeter. Shito paul screwed me on that one (and almost everyone else as well). |

May do a gb on rearsets and shocks here in a week or two. Non Ocean freight so it would be a quick turn around.

Oh boys who loves me?
Soon to be available. Plug and play rear rim. All you do is swap over the stock parts. Available from kawasaki indonesia. Fits the 150 tire with ease opening up a better and proper tire selection. Best of all I'm going to do a gb on it. Pricing will be at the $500 mark retail. Pics to come I can't upload from my android where I am right now.

Only because I have a 650R rim conversion in progress that I have tons of questions. Let's start we these. Thanks in advance!
1. Any pics available of the rim? 2. Is it the stock spoke design and just wider at the lip where the tire bead seats? 3. Do the stock bearings switch over or is the rim coming with bearings?? 4. Is it raw or is it powder-coated/painted gloss black like stock? 5. Will the sprocket hub remain stock or will it be part of a "kit"? 6. Will the stock spacers remain the same? 7. What about the brake caliper mount? Does it remain stock?

I will post pics up in abit. Comes with new bearings installed. Stock spoke design. Uses the oem parts off the bike . So no new hub spacers or brackets required. Its Flat black not gloss.

Not anymore than there already is. Spacers are needed as with other 150 tires. But there is a new hugger coming out so can't speak to it yet

What other style is there? It's the current style that has me interested because it looks a bit like a cockpit window and I want my bike to look like the Blue Falcon, which has a cockpit. Thanks! |

hi matt,
i got the block off plate from Santoso today. gonna install it in the next couple days once i have time to wash the bike 1st... been riding through rain and mud lately... my bike is so filthy again, uff.... lol so another item im kinda interested in; what are a set of those ceramic bearings going for? is that for the engine only, or do they also include the front and back wheel bearings? are the ball baring all ceramic in there? i heard that there are bearings that just have 1 ceramic ball (used in 2 stroke bikes i think?) and the rest are steel. was just wondering how these are... i mean besides them being appealing... thanks and catch you round!

My friend wants an '08+ shock for his pre-gen for cheap. Even if they fit, I'm sure these won't be in his price range (~$35), but it may encourage a buyer if they know they have a buyer lined up for thier old part (helps them cover the cost).
