If your pads had to be changed so soon, you have have a sticking caliper.

Wuzzzz up , my people!
PLEASE HELP!!!! Just did 500 fork swap and twig replacement (lol eddikay). ( much thanks to the Pfizzer Foundation for the donation) and urbanninjas install shop on my pre gen everything seem like it accepted it well all except the front caliper just grabbing the a 1/4 of the rotor making pad fall out with every compression. Any help would be appreciated and of course get me back on the damn road already!!!! What u guys think ?every one of the guys in put has got me swapped already just got work out the bugs.. Lemme know : Do I need new rotor? Caliper? Tire/rim? Moos bracket?(YouTube) What the hell!!!! Please help!!!! That tech day seems good .... I'll RSVP now!! Thanx |

hey;;;just remembered....didn't the pre-gens have smaller wheels ? I bet the 500 had the same wheels as new gen....your calipers are prob sitting 1/2" too high...maybe ????
