...I think I just found my favorite color scheme... I definitely would not have the finances for this but if I did, I'd totally change my bike to this Repsol version. Very nice Vince!! **Edit: PS--I just changed the desktop on my work computer to your Repsol wallpaper you've got on your Flickr page.

Can you make a 09' 250 with the same color scheme as the ZX-14 black and burnt orange. I was originally looking to do this but the fairings are different. Thanks.

One more request. I think this one will be simpler to do with vinyl. Id like the same set up as the 2nd bike in the above post but instead of that thin strip of black going down the front can you remove that and do something similar with the bottom of the fairing like you did in your 4th one that you originally had posted (The orange white and black one). I think this would look very subtle, simple, yet amazing!!

Rims
I am going to polish the rim lip and I am thinking about 1. leaving the spokes & hub black, 2. painting the spokes & hub gold or 3. painting the spokes and hub dark blue (same blue as bike). Can you photo shop the options for me please? To help me decide I am going to post them in a poll and see what everyone thinks.
Thank you in advance. Here is a pic to work from. user310_pic1408_1241870643.jpg |

No question that photoshop rules the industry but....for striping the plastics, the wheels or just about anything you can imagine...from a side view...print the pic out and get a colored pencil....they work.

nice work!
I really like the yellow with blue rim scheme. Here's a scheme that I really like, minus the KTM of coarse Can you chop this onto the Ninja? |

Vince, I have to say that I love my plain blue one, and don't have plans to do any custom vinyl/paint (although powder coating the rims has some appeal), but I would like you to know how much I have really enjoyed this thread. Every new scheme is entertaining and thought-provoking, whether I care for it personally or not - and a lot of them are pretty darned sharp.
Your skills are definitely appreciated, probably by more people here than you know. Thanks again for all the work you put into this. |
