To be honest my carbureted ninja causes me no grief. A couple minutes of choke on a cold day. Maybe because I rode mine all winter (and had stabil in it just to be safe) I didn't have any carburetion problems. I would have no interest in getting rid of my '09 if they only add FI.
Check out the latest issue of Sport Rider. They advertise a 31mm carb for the Ninjette. Looks like carbs have a future. Personally, I like carbs--user friendly and less finicky than FI. Gives the owner something to tweak, and feel important doing so--Headshrink would know what that is all about.

Well I was going to wait for a FI ninjette, but im glad I didnt. i will be cruising around town while the people waiting are drooling for 6 months. LOL jk!!!! I mean if FI comes out (big IF) you all will have to wait for the aftermarket parts to trickle down, again while I have the carbs rejetted and my full exhaust system, jsut food for thought

How much did you guys pay for yours? I went to a dealer today who wanted $6k out the door. That seemed a bit much.

I am forced to wait for a '10 simply because EVERY dealer in my city (and a few in small towns nearby) are completely out of blue and black. I am just not a fan of lime green or red at all. I am really wishing for a white for 2010.

As for used bikes, '08/'09 are going for MSRP here if they haven't been dropped. Insane.

Went to Pensacola Motorsports today here in FL and the salesperson said the 2010 will NOT be fuel injected and the only difference in the 09 and 2010 are the colors. Maybe a white? Or another LE color? They have the 09 marked at 4500
