It's pretty farfetched to think a spark plug brand destroyed valves. Maybe an incorrect plug type, but more likely something like very lean burning after an exhaust system change without jetting to match, or maybe just incorrect valve clearances.

It was the correct plug the plugs just suck. I never changed my exhaust.I was however running pods without jets.I admit it was partially my fault but the plugs are Junk regardless.
