I waved at a guy in ACUs on a yellow pregen earlier today heading towards schofield/wahiawa on the h2. Whoever it was did a triple take and gawked at me.

Not sure if he knew what my bike was or if it was one of ya'll.

tell me about it. Judge Garbaldi i think is a corrupted judge and should step down. It was just a slap on the wrist. That twins guy says that he'll never do it again and all that stuff. I think It was BS!. That guy is young looking. He deserved to be sentenced to 10 years or more. I hate our justice system.

btw i commented on that topic before and i was on fire. I wanted to cuss so much but was limited. I believe our judge is corrupted after reading all other ppls comments. =D

I just got stationed here on MCBH K-Bay, and just got here on Oahu. I'm currently trying to find a Ninja 250 to help get around the island or a Gsxr 600 to ride around. I just bout an island beater car to hold me over till I can find a bike I like :] I'll be here on the island for probably the next 3 years. Found the forums thanks to my brother so figured now that I'm somewhat settled and just got internet in my room I'd pop in and say hi. Said hi on the main forums and guess I'd say hi here on the Oahu page as well :P

I'm pretty new, I got my M1 before I joined the Marines, but I've been in training the last year and a half so I haven't been able to ride at all. So part of the reason was looking at getting a 250 that and figured there isn't too much for me to ride around here on the island.

smart wanting to start on a 250. i asked the question because i saw you possibly wanted a 600. Most of us in the forum is the same way(starting with a 250). the 250 is enough to do riding here on the island. its very capable to breaking the highest speed limit on the freeway (60mph i think) and it does wonderful in the twisties.

just keep looking. it took me 2 months before i saw a deal and jumped on it. guy just posted it up and i called 15 mins later. he told me a guy wanted to look at it at 2000 that night (it was apx 1630 when i called) and i told him i got cash right now and can meet him asap. 30 mins later i was riding home with my baby. deals do go that fast. stay on top of it and im sure you will not regret it. btw, whats your budget?

BREAKING: Honolulu police are at the scene of a fatal motorcycle crash. It happened on the H-1 freeway westbound near the Palama Street Off-ramp. Police have shut down all westbound lanes from School Street, the off-ramp before Palama.
