Is anyone going to the Bike Night Hawaii ride tonight?

I've never been to one before, but from what I hear it's pretty chill (no stunting, showing off, etc).

I'll be going tonight (as long as my oil change doesn't turn up any chunks of anything).

if your going to get a bike and no one rides in your household i advise you to get a bike that is running and doesnt have that much maintance.I would just keep looking if i were you , dont rush in getting one. Have you signed up for the class yet at LCC? You know they fill up quick and its $200. My class starts 18th March.

I'd also recommend taking some with you that knows bikes. Just to make sure it's not completely shot.

The south seas one is different, they're doing a party at the waipahu location:

Today
5:30pm until 9:00pm

Yes, this will make 3 years of Cruise Nights! Also, this will be the last day of work for Ron before his retirement!

The bike night cruise is weekly:

Today
8:30pm until 11:30pm

Our usual fridaynight cruise... bring some friends, it's gonna be fun!!!

I was planning on doing that. AJ and I were texting today about it. I'll have to find someone to help me check it out when I do get one. Don't think I have the hubby on board tho.

I think this is all he hears when I talk to him.

I'll have to see if that one is full.

Anyone know if you ride with the type of bike you have or are getting or do you use whatever?

When I did mine in cali they provided dirt bikes and honda shadows 250's for us to ride, you could also bring your own if you wanted. Not sure how it is here on the island though.

They have DR200s, Rebels, and Nighthawks.

afaik, you can't bring your own bike. Might depend on the instructor though, not sure. I just know we weren't allowed to when I went.

So the ride was pretty fun. It just wasn't fun for me because I have a 40 year old bike. Meaning 40yo brakes, acceleration, cornering, and suspension. Every bike there was a modern sportbike except for me and a harley. And not a 250 in sight ;/

met up with squaregamer476 at the silhouette range and we fired our handguns. it drizzled a little bit, but was fun. i made it home on my bike just before the heavy rains hit.

if the incoming storm is still around tomorrow morning, may have to cancel the rifle range. should have a better idea tonight.

Hey, I'm not gonna be there tomorrow. My dad and I just got a TON of new tools and equipment (welder, air tools (no compressor just yet), angle grinder, buffer, heat gun, etc), and will be picking them up from sears (**** yeah craftsman) and messing with them all tomorrow. Sorry for the late notice, but we just got home from home depot.

I'll definitely try make it next time.
