from personal experience bikes dont always drive too well on their own, they tend to do crazy stupid things when left to drive themselves, haha

hope you came out a little less damaged than your side flipping flying flap jack bike...

in a way im glad we dont have a race track here... one less reason to end up totaling my bike over the weekend pushing her too hard, or going past my own ability.

I was rolling right in front of the bike. I wasnt hurt and the bike wasnt too bad... just needed a new left handle bar and bend the left rearset and exhaust. Oh yeah... and a little cosmetic damage :P

Yeah, I just ordered a tripod, hopefully it comes soon. I'm still just messing around with the settings, I'll definitely try a lower ISO along with the tripod when it comes in

Very cool, but I think it's strange that they go as far as adding a stalky rear fender, as if to make it appear stock, without even passenger pegs.

Those things are usually only made that way to meet standards in various countries. Kinda like how the pre-gen Ninja 250R was clearly designed to have integrated turn signals and a fender lit by a clear windows in the running light/brake light but they had to add a fender and stalks to meet DOT requirements (turn signals must be spaced out a certain distance from the center; license plate must be illuminated by white light; red reflector must be present below the license plate mount, etc), so even the clear window got replaced with a red one.

I wonder if the rear tire hugger/swingarm cover is part of the deal, especially if the tank cover is.

I'm pretty happy with this one I took yesterday. The lighting wasn't so good and I was laying in a marshy leaf pile setting up the mini tripod, so given all that, I think it's pretty neat.
