Just use my numbers as a baseline and see if you're any where close. My bike is completely stock. OEM gearing. OEM tires.
@ 6,000 rpm: 3rd gear is roughly 30mph 4th gear is roughly 40mph Like others have mentioned, if you are completely off it could be: gearing isn't stock tire size (circumference) may be much smaller clutch may be slipping Tach is off Speedo is off Perhaps you can find a road (interstate) with mile markers and ride there and compare your trip meter to the mile markers on the road? |

is it touching or slowing the wheel, right now on my ZX6R I have an issue with the brakes pistons not retracting. I got the front wheel off the ground and spun it, barely made one full revolution. if you think the brakes are an issue use a front stand and lift the wheel of the ground and spin it, it should spin freely.
