Are you sure? or are you giving up?

Did you test it using an inductive pickup attached to the spark plug wire.

Have you verified your speed by gps or inspected your speedo cable?

Just use my numbers as a baseline and see if you're any where close. My bike is completely stock. OEM gearing. OEM tires.

@ 6,000 rpm:
3rd gear is roughly 30mph
4th gear is roughly 40mph

Like others have mentioned, if you are completely off it could be:
gearing isn't stock
tire size (circumference) may be much smaller
clutch may be slipping
Tach is off
Speedo is off

Perhaps you can find a road (interstate) with mile markers and ride there and compare your trip meter to the mile markers on the road?

When I move bike, I hear the front brake slightly touching, could that be it?

is it touching or slowing the wheel, right now on my ZX6R I have an issue with the brakes pistons not retracting. I got the front wheel off the ground and spun it, barely made one full revolution. if you think the brakes are an issue use a front stand and lift the wheel of the ground and spin it, it should spin freely.

It spins fine, and it was super mobil oil.

Everythings okay, I just needed to stay in the 5th gear for the torque, then switch to 6th
