Dream motorcycle? Now that is a long list. Right now, something with some power and that is comfy. No clue, so I won't worry about it.

Ducati 11098/1198, Triumph Daytona 675, or, for real dream/fantasy, I'd want a non-existant all-electric bike from the guys that make the Tesla Roadster!

My boss and riding buddy just ordered him a new 5.2. It was $BIG$ but not quite $TEXAS$ like a custom 6 series.

Not something to replace but more something in addition to.
2008 CBR600 Graffiti I have a long list really but this has to be at the top. Not enough for me to trade in anything though.

^ I personally really like the Graffiti in person. If they dealer would have budged at all I would be riding that instead of my 6R. I think the '07 White/Silver is just about the best color combo on a modern 600RR.

I don't plan to ditch my 250 or anything, but the CBR600 was still the first bike that I ever gushed over in an absurd, fangirly fashion. This is the one that prances about in my dreams though: Although, I've actually still yet to see this paint job in person. I've seen tons of pictures of the real thing from different angles, but I've sadly yet to actually meet one face to face. Of course, there are still a lot of other bikes I have to have someday, like a repsol honda and maybe an XT250 for example (Or maybe some other dual sport- but for some reason the xt250 is the one that tends to catch my eye at dealers) but this is the bike that would inspire me to brave an epic quest and fight droves of orcs and giant spiders to obtain. Now if I could just actually encounter one, provided I'm on a high enough level to tame it and have the money to keep it fully equipped, I'll be sure to capture it and put it on my team. |

Triumph Daytona 675
Add another for the Daytona. I like the 2010 Blue with gold wheels, but I hear that they are not being imported into the US. These were taken at the Long Beach Motorcycle show last December.
I also kinda like the street triple. nb

I think I couldn't pick just one bike. There are several out there that appeal to me.
Cruising: Trails: Street: Hooligan: Eye catcher: and lastly, the eye candy:

So its funny, I may be buying a bike I have longed for a long time. A Triumph Sprint ST. One is for sale locally cheap, and I just put the ninja up for sale to see if I can make that move.

Someone above posted an 883 Iron. Some would say its nothing but an entry level sportster with different bars, matte paint, and blacked out engine. Man I gawk at one of those every time I see one. Just looks like a plain fun bike for cruising around on the streets.

The Triumph is beautiful. Riding it is another story (starting it is a story in itself). I had a 71 Bonneville and also a BSA 441.

Was over a friend's house late yesterday afternoon. Any thing in his garage would be a dream bike. Some old BSA, Norton, Triumph, CB400F, and custom framed Hon CB750 road racers.
On a side note, as we stood outside talking the howl of sport bikes aproached from the distance, then silence, I said I bet they turned off at the intersection, he said no they just grabbed a handful of brake and are coasting through the corners, wait, then they came. A new R1, some midsize ZX, and in front was a black 2nd gen 250R. |
