Okay, I'll jump in....
I have two tattoos: a rosebud on my right instep, slightly off-center, and yes, a tramp stamp. Were any of you girls with tramp stamps like me? Two minutes after it was done, I was like, "Damn! I can't SEE it!". On a similar note, I also have my tongue pierced. You wanna talk about PAIN? Holy crap, there's nothing like waking up the next day after that particular procedure. Doesn't hurt at all now, though, and it's rather grown on me. |

Been thinking about another tattoo, but I don't know. I've already got two, and I can think of a couple things I'd rather spend the money on (like a new seat for my Garu). Posted via Mobile Device |

Save up and get both Best part about having a tongue piercing is when people don't notice it for several months and then all of a sudden "Hey, have you a tongue stud?!?!" Then you can give a sly smile and say "I have no idea what your talking about" |

So has anyone seen any really MOTORCYCLE based Tat's? I'm looking for a inspiration for my next tat. I like to get a tat to commemorate major lifestyle changes. For instance when I got really into guns, and politics I got the Springfield Armory logo on my right shoulder. For now I'm wanting a motorcycle tat that's more universal than a picture of a sportbike as I'm not totally in love with sportbikes, just motorcycles in general.
Any thoughts, links, pics? |

I wanted to get a new tatoo that read "Loser" but my ex-wife wouldn't go for it.
She said she already had 3. Each of the kids names (incase she forgets) and something else (who knows, who cares).

I only have one right now. I plan to add to it in the furture. I got it in december. I got the tat in memory of my best friend Nick who died in a car wreck on April 19th 2009. He was a huge gamer and this was his gamer tag. The other two people in the photo are his twin sisters Becca and Jessie. Nick was an amazing drummer and music was his life. He was an amazing friend and I'll never forget him.

Was going to start my own thread till I used search and found this. Any more recent ninjette owners want to chime in on what they have and what not? I dont have any, but I do want one. I was a phenix holding a pair of dice. Reason being, phenixes represent new beginnings, and dice represent chances. With every chance taken, there's always a new beginning. Any who, Bump bump bump bump ramble. Anyone?

Usre, don't have pics on the work computer but I have two 3/4ish sleeves, and one on my right calf.
All of my tattoos are "war tats". I got my first one right before we shipped off for the invasion of Iraq. I have gotten a piece each time I leave and when I come back. They all have significant and even hidden meanings. The oriental style on my right arm denotes the mindset we took and the koi swimming upstream represents the challenges we faced. When I got home I got another koi, this time going downstream, to show a balance or peace, each cherry blossom petal represents a killed combatant however in this moment they have been "recycled" into something beautiful. The other side has a colorful tribal core, this is for the simplest and violent of human emotions, it is surrounded by 16 skulls mixed with smoke. I'm pretty sure you can figure out what they stand for. For my third trip I went to my left forearm and got a simple centurion mask with "fate loves the bold". I finally paid tribute to my friend and our first casualty of the war in 2003 with a gorgeous Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe in black and white. Most detailed tattoo yet, if you look closely you can see a M249 machine gun nestled gently in her arms with 21 links of ammo hanging out, 1 for every two months of deployment. I don't plan on getting any tats for some time, I suppose unless there is some other life changing event. As far as my job...I have them down to my wrists and wear scrubs every day, I just choose to wear long sleeved undershirts. Never been a problem for me.

I have 1
Im going for sleeves and will eventually complete them. I don't want to add silly trend designs and later regret them when I'm 40! Instead I want to add art that means something to me.. Anyways, sorry for the blurry pic. It was taken on an old phone and it's the only 1 I have of me.

I'd love to see more from this thread so here are my 2 measly contributions.
First off, a kitty cat on my foot for my cat, Spooky, I had her for 18 years and she died on Christmas morning of 2010 She had a little tear in her left ear from a cat fight in her younger days. (this pic was taken right after a touch up) And second, my boba fett, cause I'm cool like that |

How can they claim "Since 1784", when the Springfield Armory company started in 1974 has absolutely nothing to do with the original Springfield Armory arsenal (which was actually founded 1777)?

Since everyone else is sharing their tats, here are mine. I have a winged tiger on my left arm, a lone wolf on my right, a grizzly bear over my heart, and a triskell on my right chest. All of these tattoos have meaning but I won't go into that here.

@lc86: wow! That tiger is really special. I like it. The wolf looks nice and friendly! I like the animal tats.
@CynicalC: I knew as soon as I saw that, that you didn't really have that done. I did a google image search for "cavalier tattoo" and it confirmed my suspicion. I feel like it takes a... special... kinda person to do something like that and you don't qualify. Take that as a complement lol. |
