Ive seen afew 250Rs around the Metro-Detroit area!
2 Thurs Nites ago in Royal Oak, a Blue 250R was parked 3 bikes down from me. (PIC of her getting on it, in my Bike Nites @ Royal Oak thread) Ive seen a SE 2009 250R around the woodward ave/12mile area 2-3x while going or coming from my uncles house! Just Today 5 mins after leaving work, i saw a 08-09 BLUE 250R riding past me the other way while in 25MPH in tha CLEM!!! (Mt. Clemens, Mi.) both of us waved! He looked like a Lawyer or Office dude on a Lunch break or sumin. He didnt have much on, other than helm/gloves! I noticed his rear fender TAIL was stock... made me wanna chase him down and CUT it off for him!!! ive seen total this riding season, about 9-11 250Rs (08-09), and 2-3 (pregen) |

While riding on the UBC twisties, I saw a green bike ahead. I got closer, and recognized it as a new-gen Ninjette, possibly the one I wrote about previously. But this time I caught up with him, and at a road-work red flag on Spanish Banks, I pulled up next to him and we chatted a little. He was plainly surprised to know that my blue pre-gen was a Ninja 250. I asked him if he was a Ninjette.org member. He hadn't even heard of it. I gave him the URL. He might check in. First time ever I've talked to a Ninjette rider in person, and ridden together for at least 4 km yet. Quite a rush.

Yeah, you can see the clouds in my rear view mirror. I wasnt around to see the weather this weekend, but it was cloudy when I left, sunny all weekend where I was, and cloudy when I got back. They seem to be just hovering over us. I rode in the sprinkles today...

I did take the pic on the way back to Manassas, but was only home for less than 48 hours. Unfortunately, I have had to make the trip back to northern VA twice since school started a month ago = no time for riding these amazing roads down here...

I've seen two black new gens. Just bought. (no license plate) on the I-405S. Right where it splits into the 405 and CA22 E.
Saw a new gen blue at Westminster Mall, Ca. Saw another new gen blue at school. Different because it had that sportisi exhaust. Next one you'll see around is my 09new gen black! Hopefully this Sunday!! Posted via Mobile Device |

I spotted a black 250 today. Unfortunately it had crashed and there was a few cops (one on a bike) and an ambulance. It didn't look good. Intersection of 95 and International Speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach.

I've thought about this. How'd he do it? Did he have a pack with him that he put his grub in? I saw a guy on either CBR or GXSR one time pick up a pizza and ride back to his apartment with it on the gas tank! I was shocked, he managed to get the 1.5-2miles back down to his apartment with an intact pizza!!

Ninja Spotted! MA.
Hey, this is a quick post, I've tried using the Map function but to no avail...
about a week ago, maybe week and a half I was inbound to work in Boston from Norwood, 128N, headed to the pike, and caught up with a Red ninjette with saddlebags, if I recall. Helmet VERY decorative with a gloss'd yellow faceshield. I caught up, levelled off with them in the lane to their left, gave them a nod (while thinking "GAH! I'm in the cage, and you have NO idea why i'm giving you a nod right now" >.<) then continued on. However not sure if this rider is on this forum, so this is a callout... The cage was a black Mazda3 that continued off in a, *ahem* "Spritied" fashion through the traffic and onto the pike. Some may define the driving style as "Masshole" :-P

Hi Joe! We've got a long-running "Spotting" thread going on right here; in fact I think I'll merge this one over with that one. It gets pretty good threadviews; maybe it was someone from this site...

blue old-gen, older rider, half-face helmet with full-face shield. I was riding the Toy, black '09 with black ATGATT and grey backpack . At the stoplight at shell on New Rutherford ave in Boston. I asked him what year his bike was, but just as he was about to respond the light went green, my hands went instinctively to "go" mode and I took off before he could really answer. If you're on here, sorry bout that! Its pre-programming as not to be "analyzed" *cough* by the overzealous boston taxi cab :P

I keep spotting an 09 green SE drive by in front of my office while I'm at work in New Iberia. Question:
Should I flag him down and introduce myself and the forum to him? Seems like it would be kinda strange to me. What do all of you think? |

Black new-gen heading North on route 123 at about 8:40 this (Thursday the 22nd) morning.
At least I think it was a 250, I only caught a little bit of headlight and a quick glance at the side. Posted via Mobile Device |
