It's kool to make little changes to these bikes as you see fit. No worries with adding pin stripes , cause if you don't like it, you can peel it off and try another hair-do. I would swear that those stripes make my little voodoo go a wee bit faster

Pictures of the New Kid
Well finally had the time to get some pictures of the OldGuy's New Kid to add to the list.
Hope you enjoy her as much as I do. And yes I rode in the rain today and missed a couple of spots on the swing arm and undercarriage.

I need to clean the bottom of the swing arm and replace the picture. We'll see if I can duplicate the angle since that was a hold the camera down on the ground and shoot blind.

If you can't I can try and fix it in PS if you would like. It shouldn't take to long. If I have time tonight I can play with it.

My picture up there was just after she was washed. I willl try and get a pic of her now... I can feel her slowing down as all the black grime from the road leaches onto her beautiful, fast, green skin.

I didn't mean we don't get them dirty it's that we keep them clean and shinny because we are so proud of them, well at least the fast green or SE ones.

Update
I tried to go back and edit my first post/picture but it won't let me edit it? Sorry if it's right in front of my face and I'm not seeing it..
Here's an updated picture of my bike from my ride today. Just rolled over 8,500mi. Slowly getting back to riding as much as I used to before the accident. New toys include: Oxford heated hand grips Zartan's awesome exhaust hanger (Thank you for the fast service!) Yoshi full system exhaust Scott870's rear tire hugger Future toys: I can't wait for Proton to come out with those flush mount lights And Ride2Max's footrest extenders (sorry, my reflection kinda ruins the picture) ps- what tool did anyone use to get those reflectors off the front wheel fairing? |
