So I just got that AGV suit but I have a quick question, what am I supposed to do with my balls? I put my arm through the sleeve and lifted the shoulder up and I got a sensation similar to having a 200lb passenger slam you into the gas tank in a panic stop.

I guess I should have worried less about the widths and more about the height. I ordered a 46 and it seems like its just too short in the torso area causing severe groin compression. So what now, 48? 50? I'm at a loss

how's the rest of the suit fit? Specifically the chest area. Sometimes it's break in, sometimes it's just your frame and the build of the suit. Anything else feel tight? Loose?

I was definitely like 185-190 at the long beach show and more muscle back then. Cake. Lots of cake...

6' has always been true though.

I got my leather suit for $150 on CL. The guy had crashed once in it, but it's in good shape. I think the pants alone were worth the $150 (it is a Joe rocket zip-together). I am heading out today to Reno/Fernley for a 2-day track weekend ($260), my first. And the real excitement is that my Bandit 400 is still having carb problems, so I'm doing on my 1981 cx500!

I'll see how it goes this weekend (and how the bandit repairs go) but may be up for heading down there in Nov. I could haul a second bike and open to heading down through the bay area if anyone else is interested. @massacremasses?

For RFR, I think I saw ZoomZoom only had one trackday up here. I go through Precision (www.precisiontrackdays.com) and I saw Twisted Track Promotions (http://www.ttpracing.com/) had a few track days preceeding their races.

I'd love to come, but I don't have a way to get my bike to/from the track from my office. If anyone is willing to give me a ride from Santa Monica/Culver City area though I'm probably game.

Oh, one more question -- is my C3w helmet acceptable? I'm not sure I could budget out for a new helmet by November given all the financial hits I've taken recently.

Yakaru: some track org flat out do not accept flip-up helmets, while some are cool with it in the novice group. Which track day you are thinking of going? the Reno one or the Chuckwalla one? With the Chuckwalla one (the track org is Trackdaz.com), they said they allow Full Face Helmet on their webpage, but didn't explicitly disallow flip up. You should email them and see what's up.

Worst case scenario: a decent full-face is less than a hundred bucks (HJC CL-16 on ebay).

Chuckwalla is the one I was eyeing. I'll try giving them a call.
I've been eyeing the SR1 since it came out as a fullface, but I guess push comes to shove I could get a cheaper one (Schuberth did treat me super right in my crash though, loyalty earned!).

I'm going down next weekend for the Sept round if all goes well and if I decide to go back in Nov I'm cool with giving a little instruction to anyone who wants it.

If I go in Nov I can take 4 bikes with my Tundra and three rail trailer and split gas 4 ways.

That was confusing wording.

If your tundra has mounting points in the middle of the bed, you can easily carry 2 bikes in the bed, and 3 on the trailer. If not, just stick with 1 in the bed.
