The BRP up to Asheville is fun but more than a day trip. The Cherohala Skyway and Tail of the Dragon is doable in one day, but some of you might want to think about spending a night b/c you'll want to ride those roads more than once!

@alex.s will be here visiting the weekend of Sept 21. if you guys do it one of those days, you can meet another Ninjette member!

As far as the route goes... @alex.s have you ridden the dragon? What brings you to GA?

If there is enough interest, we could throw around the idea of a 2 day. There are a couple of neat motorcycle friendly inns on the dragon and Cherohala that would be less than a couple tanks of gas per person.

Today I took a long LONG LOOOOOONG ride up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Definitely an mini iron butt BUT very doable in one day. Lots of great twisty roads full of amazing scenery. SO WHEN WE RIDING???

My bday is tomorrow, and my parents said they might get me new Pirelli sport demons. If they do, I'd love to go and meet all of you. I'm way more confident in my riding abilities. Although, I know I'm not a pro of anything, if worst comes to worst on the mountain ill slow down and see y'all at the top. Either way of love to go

Keep working on your "abilities" and hopefully we will see you at a ride soon. Our group is not out to drag knee, show off, nor break speed records on the streets so just come ready to have a fun and safe ride.

Alex and I will have to find a meeting place that intersects with your path if we decide to come. Send me your exact route when you guys plan it and I'll find us a good meeting point. The one-bike thing is the biggest drawback. We'd probably either only do the Dragon OR the Cherohala since we're sharing a bike. I don't think we'd both have time to ride both.
