2023 Phillip Island World Supersport Day 2 Times: Bulega Under Lap Record

Nicolo Bulega ended the final WorldSSP test before the 2023 season kicks off on Friday with a new lap record and a clear lead over the opposition. The Aruba.it Ducati rider was nearly half a second clear of Stefano Manzi on the Ten Kate Yamaha, who was in turn nearly two tenths quicker than Can Öncu on the Puccetti Kawasaki.

Monday's surprise Oli Bayliss could only find a few hundredths of a second, and dropped to seventh overall on the standings. Former BSB star Tarran Mackenzie struggled with technical problems all day, and did not set a lap.
