Shinto Rearsets + Yoshimura Exhaust Questions

Hi guys,

I currently have an 08 250r with a Yoshimura TRC full exhaust. I ordered some Shinto rearsets and got the left (shifting) side on correctly.

I am having problems with installing the right side (brake side). I put the spacers in correctly, but the brake lever on the Shinto full rearset swings into the exhaust pipe.

I'll post pictures later today.

you're installing the brake side incorrectly in the shinto usa e-catalog (link is in my signature) go the the page with the rearsets, there is a link for additional info. this link will take you to paul's youtube page where he has a video diy for proper installation. or, go to youtube and search for thaininjarr - that'll get you there too.

once again, thank you for your order.

Sorry for the delay - yep! Got it all working.
Had to re-adjust the angle at which my exhaust hung (made a small bracket to lower the exhaust).

Now all is gravey and the rearsets look great. Thanks!

very nice, but you shouldn't have had to do that to the exhaust. double check the install videos

Pretty sure they're installed correctly - i saw both videos. I think my exhaust hanger / passenger rearset is bent. Thanks!
