Fork Assembly Tools - with strings.
I have a couple of assembly tools for the front forks.
$40 will get them to your door. Here's the strings: I expect you to use them then re-list them here. Then each user just pays the cost of shipping. The end closest is for driving in the bushing. The shoulder lets you know when it has reached bottom. The distance includes the washer. The other end is for driving in the seal. It has a chamfer on the inside in case your seal has a raised lip. Many do. Mine did. The tube is to used with the driver to help set the dust seal. The wire with the foam on the end is a float to set the fork oil level. PM me with a PayPal email address and I'll send you an invoice. I have not done it before so please be patient. |

Yes, I thought they all used the same tubes. Should have checked.
Thanks for clearing that up. |

They just might, I know NewGen forks are a mm or 2 larger diameter.

The tool is made for 36mm forks. It works like a slide hammer so anything bigger than that and it won't work at all. It could probably be used on 35mm forks but would fit rather sloppy.
