New: Roadcrafter Lightweight One Piece Suit
Noticed that Aerostich announced a new one-piece suit, the Roadcrafter Lightweight. It'll be on sale in June. A bit thinner and less abrasion resistance than the Roadcrafter, made for commuting and warmer weather, also a bit cheaper, saving a few hundred bucks. Asking price is $667, plus an extra $100 if you want armor.
Disappointed to see that it is no longer made in the U.S.A., which takes away some of the argument for not buying something from Teiz or similar high quality manufacturer that also imports and sells for 1/2 the price. Love Aerostich, but this is a puzzling and disappointing offering for the price. Can't see why you wouldn't just go with the regular Roadcrafter, which is an awesome piece of gear.
