Good weight loss books?

Hey guys.

So lately I've been wanting to get back into shape. I'm doing a lot wrong, eating being the main thing lol. I'm 5'7 and 187 pounds last I checked. I want to drop some pounds, but actually make it a life style and not just a few months then get fat kind of thing.

When I was younger I remember reading books that helped me a lot. Was just wondering if anyone has read any recent ones with the who sha-bang, that has helped them. I know, internet is good for info and what not, but I'd really like to read a book on it. Thanks! x-)

(Repeat topic? I really hope not. Searched weight loss books and saw nothing.)

This and this are all you need. Most importantly, this thread.

You want to calculate your needs, and then meet all your macronutrient needs while running a 10-20% calorie deficit. Don't let the math scare you. It's easier than it looks.

If you're really looking for a book, this is a good one.

I read 'The Paleo Solution' a while back and then I got 'Everyday Paleo' for my wife so she can start cooking more paleo which helped us as a family lose weight and just feel better overall. That combined with regular exercise and good rest keeps us fit. We could always push ourselves more to get all toned and ripped but we're fine with what we do now and I'm still more than able to do all the physical stuff we have to do at work easily.
