It looks like Polaris will introduce this 3-wheeler in just 5 more days:

I dunno. The Can-Am Spyder, to my eye, just looks like a big ass Gold Wing with one too many wheels on the front. I don't see this Slingshot being much different. Does the Spyder really sell that many units?

I equate this to more of a T-Rex style vehicle. I've seen pictures of it and it's exactly what it reminded me of.

When I was picking up my first Ninjette in early August, 2008, a flat bed trailer arrived with crates marked "Can-Am." One of the employees looked across the showroom and through the window at the tractor trailer pulling in the lot outside then started remarking "Oh no! No more Spyders! Turn around! Go back!"

It sounds like their dealers hate them.
