Looking for a motorcycle article

Really random question...

I came across a webpage/article a couple years ago that had a pretty good set of riding guidelines. It was geared for the track but the author went over cornering, braking, etc.

The intended audience were people about to attend a track day or riding on the track. One of the tracks the author mentioned was VIR. There were a couple images on the page. One of them was a crossed up sport bike rider and a guy on a harley. The guy on the harley had better BP. I think there was also an image of the track layout of VIR.

Does anyone know what page I'm talking about? I've been looking for it all morning.

@eddiekay, there's stuff in that article that answers your questions about when to downshift.

Scroll down to where it says "no coasting" and read the next five subheads or so.

That article is great. I already see something I'm guilty of.
