06 250 carb hose routing

I have an 06 250 I have been working on for a while. Sent the carbs out had them rebuilt. Trying to get it run not so good. I THINK the problem might be it is a Federal bike and possible California carbs. I can not find any decent diagrams for this. I have tee fittings coming off the carbs that seen to go nowhere. Any help wood be great. Thank you.

CA and Fed models use exact same carbs. Only difference is one extra vacuum line that goes to EVAP system.

Thank you I can see that now. I play with 3rd gen Honda Magna's. big difference.
