Warning: This might turn into a little bit of a rant.

Why is it that people who swear by wearing all their gear all the time feel the need to impose this unto others. While watching videos on youtube of people doing stunts and what not, there's undoubtedly someone hating on the rider in the video for their choice in gear.

Who cares? It's not your body that'll be messed up when they go down. It's not like they don't realize they'll be hurt, they just don't care.

I'm really sick of people dissing riders with little or no gear on. It's their choice as much as it's your choice to have an abortion, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, eat fast food, be a catholic, vote for Obama, etc.

well for the ppl on this forum we could be considered a community and its not like we want something to happen to another rider bc lack of gear. And usually the ppl pushing it alot has had something happen to them to respect having gear on.

If u were my friend i would tell u to be careful and consider wearing more gear than a helmet. But its ur choice to do so.

I'm not talking about the suggestions on this forum, but instead when people on youtube or what not bash on people they don't even know. There's a difference between making a suggestion to a new rider and hating on someone who posted a video on youtube that they don't even know.

Reminds me of a saying: You can't argue with stupid people... They will try and bring you down to their level and beat you with experience...
