Want to do some upgrades to my ninjette!

Hi guys!

I'm a relatively new rider, a ninja 250r 09' FI being my first bike. I just put ~12.500km on the bike after 2 years, I love my ninjette! But those 12.500km weren't without some small problems, I overfilled the oil once which caused some oil spillage for a while and ruined my air filter, my right fork seal is leaking and my bike seems to have less power after 9000-10000 rpm's than before. I quite sure that is because the valve's are out of spec (I don't use the bike as often now because of that, I want to give it a good service first, plenty of tutorials how to do so because of this awesome community!)

I have done my best to take care of the bike as best as I can, but with a tight budget and a busy student life this hasn't always been the easiest.

When I bought the bike it was in a quite sad state, rust chain, bald tires and clearly abused a bit. I did discover that it came with a full exhaust system from Leovince, the SBK EVO II and a K&N filter! (I thought it only had a slip-on)

I made a spreadsheat with possible upgrades, here's some of them:
Mantris upgrade kit for front forks https://www.dragomoto.eu/en/shock-ab...124ke-fke.html

Braided brake lines from HEL combined with carbon/ceramic brake pads (the brakes have become quite spongy and the fluid has turned dark, upgrading the brake lines seems like a no brainer)

E-DNA stage 3 air filter kit which I wanted to combine with the Memjet EVO power module from jetprime https://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/394990913733

What other upgrades do you guys recommend? Also do you think that the E-DNA stage 3 kit is compatible with the jetprime ECU add-on? My bike runs rich, so I was hoping that the ECU module combined with the air filter kit would work great. Thanks for your expertise guys!
