Knee dragging, Killing birds, destroying limits

So I drug my knee for the first time on the ninjette and I have to say it was rather anticlimactic

Also took a bird to the face shield but I was the victor in that exchange

Today was another good 275 mile day of riding starting pre butt crack of dawn.

A bird? wow. When wife got her bike, she wanted a 1/2 helmet and I strongly advised her against it. She's now been hit with enough rocks and bugs to understand why... but a BIRD???

Yesterday I took a hit from a dragonfly at 80mph. Caught him falling from my shoulder in the corner of my eye and looked down and there he was setting between my tank pad and my pants. Poor fella... I like dragonflies.

Took the local interstate curley cue exit faster that I ever had before.... no one around and Canto by Five Finger Death Punch just happened to start playing 15 seconds before the exit.

It's all about the curves. If you ride, you understand. If you have a stick skinny g/f and ride, you're 1/2 way there.

I've had the same conversation with my Dad. He wears a Bell Mag9 helmet, but he rides a goldwing with a huge windshield. Proved my point about full face helmets when he was riding in front of me, ran over a snake which caused it to pop up and bounce of the front of my helmet.

I haven't been hit by a bird yet though.

Saw the news story on Strava tracks exposing secret military bases worldwide, and thought of @rojoracing53's use of the app for the bike... Anyone else still using it to track bicycling or other sports?
