RPM Gauge keep on 0 Rpm until i rev works

Hi guys i have a problem, My RPM Gauge don't move until i rev the bike, i don't know why.

First the RPM gauge is on 0 but after i rev the bike it moves fast to 2k RPM, and after that the RPM Gauge works normal, only happens when i turn off the bike and don't use like 20 or 30 min.

Also the oil and temp meter sometimes takes 10 seconds to turn off that could be also a problem?

Here is a video of my problem.
I hope someone could help me

Looks to me like the tach needle is sticking until there's enough force on it to free it up. You might be able to open up the gauge cluster and possibly free it up, or you might need a new gauge cluster.

Mine started doing that as it aged, but it didn't really do anything to the function of the bike. I found if I used the choke properly, the spike in engine speed up to ~1500 rpm or so at startup was enough to get the needle off the peg and it was a non-issue. You can also just tap the glass with your knuckle and it will loosen.

if it really bothers you, you can buy a newer gauge off eBay and swap it. It's not terribly hard.

I've got one that does that too, I haven't done anything about it but I'm guessing you could take the gauge cluster apart and GENELY clean the needle movement to make it work properly.

I've found lubricating needle's axle helps. It spins in a bronze bushing, no bearing involved. Dry bushing may have higher stiction and requires more force (RPMs) to start it moving. A drop of sewing-machine oil on bushing takes care of that easily.

I don't have to dissaarm the gauge, only taping the needle move again, and from 0 rpm to 1500 rpm it moves smoothly, thanks guys
