Motodynamic Intergrated LED tail light

Has anyone tried the intergrated LED tail light by motodynamic?
Apparently it isn't legal to have just that and no actual turn signals sticking out. Anyone get pulled over for it?

In most states, the blinkers have to be a certain distance apart from each other. Normally they won't ticket you for it.

I believe someone on this site got rear ended by a car and it was blamed on him because he had an integrated tail light.

I remember a thread about that too Hans. The people I know that have integrated tail lights haven't gotten any tickets. But the possible legal complications in an accident are something to consider.

Here's the thread: http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=108053

I've had mine for about a year, no legal problems. I've had police behind me (heck even follow me) and I've never had any issues. Heck, I've had police comment on my bike saying how nice it looks.

As I recall, he was not at fault in any way and the officer did not ticket him for it. It was just an off-handed comment by the cop and there were no legal ramifications.
