Ninjette.org is having an effect

I turned the Service Manager at the largest Kawasaki Dealership in Maine to this bulletin board. He was really impressed---particularly with the DIY`s. Take a bow. He was particularly impressed wit the solution to the sloppy cush drive. Saw him today, and he is still searching the Ninjette site for data that will make his life easier. Even though Kawa denies ther is q problem with the cush drive, He plans to remedy the problem the way one of our DIY`s solved the problem. Sure would be nice if Kawa, listened to the folks on that board--250 only. There are other boards for 1000, 650, 500, and 250`s out there. The volume and intensity of these do-it-yourself postings is somewhat intimidating, I plan to study that system with quite a bit of intensity next winter.

I'd just like to throw some kudos to Alex for his excellent site, and congratulate him on hitting the 1000th member mark.

He must spend a huge amount of time administering the site, and I hope he knows that we all appreciate it immensely.

The Canadians and Hawaiians love this site! But why wouldn't they -- its a wonderful site filled to the brim with kind and helpful people.

Good work Alex on giving birth to such a fantabulous site!

I visited the new kawi dealership in Shediac, NB. Meet the owner and the mechanic, very nice ppl. I told the mechanic he could go on this website for references if he was unfamiliar with the 250 and there was a lot of DIY's and he said cool. He was in his 20's and don't know how much experience he had working on bikes but i thought it might be of help.

I think the formula for forming an initial user base was right on (personally inviting more mature contributors on other forums). This is one place where I feel I can ask an honest question, even a "dumb" one, without bracing for mean spirited sarcasm or down right insults (some will know which group I refer to). Yes, we have fun here, which includes sarcasm at times, but it is never mean spirited.
I like the ninjette.org
