MSF Course Westfield, MA

Hey everyone!

I'm going for my first class of the MSF course tonight in Westfield, MA and was wondering if anyone else was going?

What should I expect?

Don't worry too much about it. You will do fine and you will have fun. Great way to start off riding the right way.

pay attention and learn as much as you can. don't play grab ass while you should be listening to info that could save your life someday.

it's not a hard course, but you only get out of it what you are willing to invest in time and effort. don't worry about the class itself... it's geared towards people who have no experience, so learn step by step as they teach you. go in with a good attitude and you'll be fine.

Expect to learn. Soak up all the info. Be like a sponge. Relax.

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words! My course has ended, and I'm proud to say that I passed! I scored a 100 on my written exam, not sure about the skills evaluation since the instructors didn't tell us. I feel like the course has made me a much better rider than I was before. Lot's of skills developed, and it wasn't rushed at all. Very laid back.

I really struggled with the figure 8s, and I plan on practicing them much more. What I liked the most I would say is weaving, u turns, and press to lean cornering. Overall that class was a blast though, everyone had a great time.

I don't think that will be a problem since it's been raining for like 2 weeks straight here in Central/Western Massachusetts!

I know tell me about it! I feel like it's been raining ever since I got the bike! Luckily it stopped for enough time to not have it rain during the course.
