Turn signals dont flash or click
Hello all this is my first post on this forum but I have been lurking on these boards for a while. I'm having an issue with my turn signals and figured this would be a perfect place to look for help. My turn signals don't flash or click so I was wondering if anybody can lead me to some suggestions to fix this solution. For starters I purchased a used flasher relay from suncoastcycles and that didn't help. I purchased the bike used and it had been dropped on its left side so maybe this would have something to do with my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. Is the bulb good? Does the right side flash?

Thank you, I have learned a lot from just lurking around, but do you think one bad bulb can cause all four turn signals to not function since the right side does not flash either

Fuse maybe or connections have come undone?

check your bulbs... all of them. a blown bulb will cause the turn signals not to blink on that particular/respective side. it may be something else (relay), but always start with the easiest/cheapest thing when troubleshooting.

I had the same issue with mine a couple months back. I would hit the switch and nothing would happen. I checked the fuse and it was blown, so I replaced it thinking all was solved. Not so fast, POP, the new fuse instantly blows when I hit the blinker switch.
I carefully checked each of the wire connectors by each of the four blinkers. Sure enough one of the plastic wire connector covers for the right rear blinker was exposing the metal connector and it was shorting out against the frame. I made sure that there was no more exposed metal on the wire connector, replaced the fuse again, and I have been blinking successfully ever since.
