I did a thing!

So...my bike was recently down for a blown head gasket, sand I figured it would be a good time to replace the damaged fairings give it a fresh paint job. I liked the Lime Green and black combo, but found it was a not...bright... And since I am somewhat color coordinated with my gear, I didn't want to fully go away from that combination. So I picked out a nice medium/hunter green and tested a few designs. The following is what I wound up doing. Just waiting on the 3D ninja stickers (so I can put the green to black fade coming out of the lower vent) and white reflective wheel tape to be delivered and ill be all set. Behold!!

*please feel free to leave feedback (+/-)

I like it a lot, but I might be tempted to go with a very understated "Kawasaki" somewhere instead of big decals. Or maybe "Ducati".

The "Ninja" decals are 5 inches long by 1.75 inches high. Not too big, not too small. I was also thinking pinstriping on the tank (black/white) and rear cowl cover (green/white). Something subtle though

Looks awesome! What kind of paint did you use and how did you spray it?

Here is the pic of the Ninja logo. And the reflective white wheel tape.

As far as prep, it was just standard paint prep since there was no damage with the replacement fairings.

And the paint I used is rustoleum. Yes...rattle cans. Its Hunter Green and Flat Black with a standard white mister slightly with silver to give it a pearl effect and then it was cleared. Still have yet to wet sand and buff, which should hopefully happen this weekend.
