Demon eyes the only real HID retrofit available?
Are the demon eyes/angel eyes the only HID headlight housings made for the 2008-2012 Ninja? I'm looking for a direct replacement as I don't want to modify my current housing and I'm not that mechanical. They are $400 Is there any place to get these cheaper?

I am running a regular H7 bulb as my high beam. My low beam is 190% brighter then stock as I'm running an H7/H9 hybrid with no problems with the stock wiring and full length life from the bulb with 700 more lumens
So far this is actually holding me over and it was a huge improvement with the exact same beam pattern as H7's. I'm not good with doing it yourself things and 400 is just to much for me right now. My next bike will be easier to put them in so I'm not worried. If I have extra money in the future, I'd consider this though. |

Looks like he's outta luck, you get what you pay for and if you want it all together you have to fork over the $400. |

I don't want to have to do all this and risk screwing something up. http://www.kawiforums.com/ninja-250r...inja-250r.html

The only problem I've found with the bkmoto kit is the wiring harness is bit shorter than what I expected. Either I splice the projector control end or the battery terminal leads to make it longer. I'm still debating due to mounting space on which end but I was leaning towards the battery end. Hopefully, I'll have it in this weekend and have pics. |

On the 300 only one light is on for low beams and then both for high beams. So with these aftermarket kits both lights are lit up for low and high beam. These lights make a HUGE difference at night. With the stock headlights I struggled to see at night.

If someone would figure out how to put a set of FXR projectors in these headlights, I'd be impressed. BKmoto ones are too gaudy (angel/demon eyes) for my taste.

if they don't autolevel then you will still blind people when turning with bixenons. doing it yourself is not hard. and costs about 10x less

I tried to contact the maker on eBay who has the drop-in ready kit ($400) but he won't get back to me.
Maybe someone else can and try a group buy Its not like he's moving tons of inventory. I didn't see any sell in the past 6 months according to his profile

Don't buy KTautopart. Had them on my r6. Demon eyes burnt out and the plastic lens popped off in the housing. pita and not worth it. bkmoto is said to be the best of the lot.

www. kawasaki ninja 300 .com Take out the spaces and then add the other stuff on. That's one of Alex's goofy auto sensor things.

@gibtzumich318: that looks so awesome! I'd love my ninjette to have those eyes. Shame the kit is so wonky to fit. If I was paying that much I'd want something as close to plug and play as possible.
