Well I picked up some stuff for pretzel bun sliders for friday. I got about 30 pretzel buns and 5 lbs of ground beef and 4 different cheeses. I have to go back as we get closer for the veggies so they dont go bad. I can swing extra veggies for tacos like tomato, lettuce, onions? Is anyone coming friday that can bring smaller container condiments? I have like a huge tub of mayo etc that I do not want to bring.

Yes if someone could bring condiments that would be great. Ketchup mustard mayo. I definitely got friday nite. Will most likely have leftovers to add to saturday festivities. Shane sv is not fixed. The subframe is getting worked on so he didnt need to borrow a tank right away and is looking into a couple sources for tanks as we speak. I will be coming out without him.

Noooot sure. I get off at 3, and expect to be on the road by 4:30 if traffic allows. So I'd guess I'll be there anywhere from 8:30-10:00-ish. Darren and Max aren't leaving til super late though, so you'll probably have to slip them food through the gate. Kind of like a petting zoo, just with the predator instead of a llama.

Save some for lunch though! Because those sound magical

Whelp, after I spent my whole night last night frustratedly struggling to make everything fit again after pulling the carburetor and cleaning the airbox, I found no blockages, build up, or even just very small dirt flecks to imply stuff had been getting into the carbs. I've now accepted that I'm just gonna have to settle with a 25 hp bike.

Bryan, please bring many mojitos. I will need them.

Tiff, did you clean the passage ways in the carbs with a copper wire? Take out the main and pilot jets and clean them thoroughly?

Was the dyno before or after your mods?

After every two race weekends or so it's always a good idea to thoroughly clean your carbs. Always drain out the gas in the floats after race weekend.

I cleaned everything I could get to and pull out down to even making sure the float weights and air fuel screws were clean (Also, side note fun fact: Carb cleaner melts plastic. RIP T-handle). I've seen small flecks of residue and build up in a carburetor from my dirt bike, but I wasn't finding any even vague signs of anything of the sort anywhere here. I put it back together feeling at a complete loss. It's not impossible that there's something I don't know exists in there that I could have overlooked, but I feel like even if there is some invisible residue in there somewhere, that shouldn't be 5 hp worth.

And I've changed nothing since it was tuned by them a few years ago, unless suspension affects tuning. I'm gonna try to find my ghetto rigged carb syncing tool as one last ditch effort to find something wrong that I know how to fix before this coming weekend, but I'm tapping out after that. I've gone this long with it as is. What's another two weeks...
