Talking Another cbr hugger mod

I read several DIY threads about using parts from other bikes (Gorilla25 , thebozenator, headshrink, etc).
So I picked up a cbr 250r hugger from a local store for around 12$. And did some simple mods: Mainly relocating the mounting bracket and applying some reflective vinyl.

Here are some pics.

Edit:
Here are some of the threads helped me:

Also, I didn't do anything fancy. Just cut the front mounting bracket off and glued it to appropriate position. Then zip-tied the right hand side.

That looks awesome! What reflective vinyl are you using? Is your whole wind shield covered in the vinyl?

LOL ! i am so gonna do that too Can u please give me the link for DIY for CBR parts on ninja 250r? I might find something interesting

i tried a lot on google but failed to get any results =__=

EDIT : i forgot to mention, i am thinking of using KTM Duke's rear tire on ninja 250r. it's 150,70,17 and will cost me only 4000 INR. thats roughly 72 - 75 USD.

And i am surprised that ninja's front rim costs 22k INR and ktm,s front rim costs only 4.2k =__= both are aluminium. wtf ? =__=

I was about to ask where you found a hugger for $12 (I shouldve read closer...) but saw it stated on one of the links you provided. So I searched the web and bought one from powersports plus, it cost me under $10, SHIPPED! The part was $7.81, plus $1.75 or something ridiculously cheap for USPS shipping! We'll see how and when it arrives. Thanks for the tip!

I recently did this mod and really like how it turned out. The only thing that I did differently was I hacked up the old OEM chain guard so that I could get an additional attachment point. Probably sacrilegious to some... but it seemed necessary. Here are some photos:

My hugger arrived today. I totally can't believe I bought this hugger with shipping included for under $10!
I'll add pics when I get it on.
