Smile removing baffle from stock muffler

i have a 2001 ninja 250, i drilled out the rivets and i want to know how do i remove the baffel ,,how do u pull off the end cap of the muffler

my ninja has one muffler, when i bought it the previous owner did an excellent job on converting the bike to one muzzy muffler witch sounds awesome. Most people cant beleive its a 250 after hearing it.

you should be able to get the cap off with pliers and a little work with a flat head screw driver.

I have a set of stock mufflers I'll sell you for $20 plus shipping.. they have some rash, but they work fine.. and you could 'play' with them without destroying your stockers.. if yuo want to go that route.. my 250 I kept the stock cans on it but I swapped to later model chrome ones...
