Chain/Sprocket replacement

Looking for some one to link me a good website that shows how to do the chain and sprocket replacement. This would be my first time, gotta learn sometime. Or maybeeeee there's someone in the bay area who wants to meet up and show me, possibly for a little cash. Let me know. THANKS!
