Variable Tacho

Ok im pretty used to my bike and have started to notice that the tacho will vary depending on how warm it is???

From cold start in top get doing 60kph i will read close to 4200rpm

After a decent ride and some warming up it will read approx 5000rpm at the same speed???

Is it a temp thing or just inaccurate readings?
