Carb issue?

I just had the carbs redone and valves checked. I also changed the Air and Fuel filters.

Ok... the issue...upon receiving, it was idling at about 1K rpm. I adjusted the idle ever so slightly to get it to 1500 rpm. When riding it, in 6th gear at 50-60 mph when I approached a curve, I let off the throttle and it acted like it was running out of gas...hick-up. I gave it gas and it hesitated and picked back up. It did it several times. Also, it seems like it does not have the power it should in 6th gear. up to about 5000 rpm she pulls....but after that, she creeps up. Now I admit to being 220lbs so I'm not sure if it's me.

You may have a carb issue, but you gotta keep that thing higher in the rpm range. No way it's gonna pull from 5000 rpm, especially with a heavy guy on it. There's nothing wrong with being up near the redline, all the time.
