Not surprising at all. I avoid PCB at all costs this time of year.

I went to that B-K during Spring Break once. They were out of beef and I had to buy the new Chicken Whopper.

If 20 minutes was really the time it took to get her meal, I can understand her being angry, but not her actions. Personally, I would have just asked for a refund and told them to keep the food.

I'm not surprised that this happened in PCB especially during Spring Break. What a nut case, I feel bad for her kids.

Umm... have you ever been to a fast food place being swamped during spring break? If you walked through a crowd to get there, you can't expect your food any faster than that. Like I said, they were so swamped when I went many years ago that they ran out of beef. I shouldn't even have to say that. I mean: Just look at the place! Not only do I have experience with that very same B-K during spring break, but I also remember visiting family in Daytona during spring break many years earlier (probably 1991) and getting stuck in a drive through with all the SBers pulling in and out of line in the drive through AFTER ordering. Of course it was a fustercluck and everyone b!tching about their orders when it was their own damn fault only made things 100x worse.

She will probably sue and BK will end up paying her gobs of money for her inconvenience.

Thank god for lawyers!

That's ok. If you were there you could have sued her for disrupting your meal! Emotional distress and all, you'd never be able to look at another hamburger without feeling emotional stress and anxiety and being terrified of the memories that a hamburger would bring you. I'm sure you could get a pretty penny for that.

The beautiful unfortunate lady has now been charged with felony criminal mischief with damage of more then $1000, as well as disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

I would've NEVER expected behavior like this from such obviously cultured and civlized folk.

... although, I was a little turned on when she hopped up on the counter.

We all have our problems with businesses from time to time. There is a proper way to complain and a wrong way...she obviously lacks the skills to make the right choices.

Had she complained to the manager, she probably would have gotten an apology, and a free meal. That would have been the end of it.

Now she gets a court case.

You would think that someone with her record would learn after a while, but stupidity is a hard habit to break.

I'm not going to name names but I do want to say this: can we please keep the racism out of this thread? It's subtle, but it's there and I don't like it. Thanks!

Sorry, but thats a hefty accusation to throw around. If you see racism, then call it out - if not, then you shouldnt be chucking the term around.

I dont think a single person in this thread will disagree that what was on that video in the link is an example of malignant, uncivilized ghetto culture. The perpetrator could've been Mongolian, Mexican, Moldovan, or Mauritanian and it would still have been ghetto behavior.

Youre the one choosing to associate 'ghetto' behavior with the race of the individuals in the video. However, please dont drape that blanket over me.

My comments in this thread were strictly related to the behavior of those individuals. In the opening seconds of the video, you could instantly tell by speech and behavior, that these weren't productive upstanding members of the community. Had they been white or hispanic, my assessment would have been the same. If you think that all black people are like that, I certainly disagree with you. However, please dont project that cognitive association onto my statements.
