How do you wire the mirrors in? Do they replace the existing turn signals??

Interested and wondering the same thing.

And do they bolt up without modification?

One way of wiring them would be to use the Y-adapters produced by a fellow forum member Tri (@CThunder-blue). Length of the wires could be an issue (but you can always splice) and you'd have to get/fashion an oem adapter for the wire coming from the mirror to attach it securely to the adapters, but it should work.
Contact @CThunder-blue, he's a great dude and a maestro when it comes to electronics.
You can also check out the adapters I speak of at his website www.modmy250.com

I do not know how easy they are to install as I never got around to it, but there are several diy about them on this board. The lights do have adjustable mounting bolts so shouldn't be too bad.

I'm out, sounds like way to much work for me, but good luck with the sales!

Seat cowl

Is the cowl a Kawasaki piece or some other manufacturer? Do you know where I can get the pad?
