The VR will be in carbon form I am waiting on a sample of it the VR6 due to its construction is not eligible for a Carbon wrap. The Carbon VR will be available probably in January alon with the new VRX undertail exhaust.

No but the goal is to still have it be cheaper than the basic Area P full system.

Yes we are coming out with an undertail exhaust. Other than FAB who isn't even producing them Sportisi is the only other company to take a gander at doing an undertail. We are just hoping for a decent power gain with it due to the bending in the tubes. Hoping to be within spitting distance of the VR's high 29's power wise which is going to be tough. I'm hoping the next prototype is done early next week

Duvi this is why I do not throw up pictures yet, its still in the R/D phase. Should have numbers within the next week. I was trying to state that it is harder to make power due to the complexity of the desgn.

Just ribbing you Matt...if you could make one for $260 I'd buy 5.....cost of 5 VR6's is probably a little closer to the actual cost of the VRX anyways. Keep up the good work gonna be nice when it is all said and done. Let me know if you need any help with it...although I really doubt you need it

Lol no problem its an exhaust coimg soon and you want it therefore it is interest. All I know is that this will be the first sportisi exhaust that has the option for CF (VR is as well). The VRX is not going to Cost the amount of 5 VR6's. And honest I do not know how much it will sell for either. I like to keep the costs to you guys way down when it comes to accessories and performance. It is great for you guys but I don't make enough to notice I'm making money. I'm certain that just because this is an undertail exhaust that there will be interest in it regardless of the price. At the same time charging $1000 for it is nuts. I think the price sweet spot is somewhere between $400 and $600 in the end. Rob I will hook you up as a tester.

Cool. Is there going to be a mounting point for an undertail plate holder? Or should I start thinking about how to make one to go around the exhuast? Either way shouldn't be that hard

Not sure if you did the GB for the exhaust systems yet but I might be interested. Could you tell me a little more about the V6R system? What's the noise level like? I saw the video of the V6 on your site but would like to get an idea of the sound levels of the quiet version. I'm currently ditching a Two Brothers because it's too loud and don't want to run into the same problem. I had been leaning towards the AP quiet core but like the look of the shorter flat tailed cans. Any way you might be able to provide decibel levels? Also I assume the price would be for a complete exhaust, not just a slip on?

Yup complete system. the quiet costs a tad more. Having had a TB previously the VR6 is quieter and the quiet core is even quieter. The sound level is compareable to the AP units. I never was able to get my hands on a db meter.

hey matt this is what I had made for me it really kicked it back in so I should be legal for my 1st track day in march, I also used black header wrap I really did not want to polish the mid pipe and I like the way the wrap looks. I also moded an exhaust hanger to work with it

pic befor and after
