1995 zx600e ninja 600 help

Hey guys, so I sold my 06 250 and found a good deal on this 95 ninja 600 zx600e. 800$, 20k miles. And he delivered it. So it is very responsive down low, feels like it makes more torque than horse power. It feels as if the powers falling off up top, I haven’t ridden it to much, but at high Rpms like 13-14k it feels like it starts breaking up before limiter. I’m gonna throw some plugs and coils at it, but until they come in, anyone have anything to chime in?

Thanks in advance

Sig

What's history of bike?
How long has it been sitting?

Sounds like typical carb clogged with dried-up varnished petrol. With usual remedy needed: complete carb disassembly down to every last nut & bolt, scrubbing and flossing of all holes and fuel-circuits, ultrasonic bath in caustic radioactive solvents, micro soda-blasting @ 100000psi.

I suggest not riding bike until carbs have been overhauled and refurbished to factory-fresh clean condition. Forcing it with new plugs to run lean-AFR at high-rpms will result in super-hot mixtures which will put holes into pistons. I wonder how I know that...
