hi from milwaukee
Hi.
My wife has a 2007 ninja 250 that we picked up for her last may. well we started having problems with it about a month ago, and after taking it to the dealer due to it still being under warranty, they ended up telling us that because they can't figure out what's wrong, that the bike is fine and just to deal with it. well i always told the wife we should NEVER buy a new vehicle because you're just paying out your azz for warranty that you'll never get to use anyway (i've worked at dealerships as a mechanic). well looks like i was right. so i've decided to screw the warranty and try to figure this out myself. unfortunately i'm pretty stumped and hoping you guys can help me. i'm heading over to the tech section now. thanks. PS: otherwise the wife likes her bike, and i ride a 04 Suzuki Volusia VL800 |

Alex and wife
I'm sure you will enjoy the wife's bike as well as some men don't like to admit it but we won't tell.

hey totally forgot to post some pics. so here are a couple.
first day we picked it up for her. she had never even sat on a bike before. picked her up a riding jacket with the bike, and i found an old helmet in the attic to use until we found her one she liked. here is mine the day we picked it up. (doesn't look much like that anymore) 3 weeks after getting our bikes we went to a small bike ralley. here we were on one of the rides with the ralley. here is my bike starting it's transformation. my new speedo another of her bike. here she is in line at our first bike ralley heading out for the day. pic taken by our buddy Xler8 pic taken by cobra at the bike ralley going down the highway right behind her damn. i just realized i don't have any new pics of her bike/gear and her on my photobucket. suppose it doesn't help that she stopped riding 2months after we got the bike because she was pregnant, and we haven't done to much riding this year. we both use the bike as main transportation. but we don't ride together anymore, cuz when we're together, we have the kid. so then we take the jeep. so i'm either riding by myself and she has the kid, or she's riding and i have the kid. |

oh it's fun to ride. but way to small, feels a little underpowered (might have something to do that i ride a 800cc cruiser that weighs 2x as much), and very uncomfortable. my hands and arms get sore riding that thing to long.
